For far too long, people have not understood the importance of mental health. People suffered and continue to suffer from mental illness in silence. Mental illness was seen to be something to be ashamed of. Mental illness is a disease. A disease that does not discriminate. A disease that many have died from.
The Big OC Foundation has taken the CHASE THE ENERGY mental health movement, nationally. People all over Australia are CHASING THE ENERGY. People are listening and wanting to participate and help those who are suffering with mental illness.
